Union Sports Management was created in 2015 to manage our own sports events/conferences, and to help others do so. We have since gained vast experience of organising and managing standalone events, sports related conferences, multi-day festivals, and are increasingly involved in athlete management too.

Events

As well as running our own events, our experience allows us to help others manage theirs too. We are regularly engaged in a consultancy capacity to assist in some of the following areas: 

 - Event​ viability analysis

 - Stakeholder engagement

 - Venue management / licensing administration

 - Event design

 - Risk assessment / First Aid recruitment / Volunteer co - ordination

 - Sponsorship engagement

 - Marketing / PR

Athlete Management

We are also increasingly involved in working with athletes to manage their 'business'. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling events, arranging travel, seeking and managing sponsorship commitments and appearances. We take care of the administration of these things for our athletes, allowing them to focus on the important stuff...training and performing to the best of their ability.
